We had a great one night stay at the Cartref. Ideally situated in the medieval town walls and near the castle. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was just ideal for us. Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone.
This guest house is faultless lovely hosts cant fault it
A lovely little Guest House in a very central location. Free parking close by on the harbour. The whole building has been decorated with a lot of thought and care, giving an impression of Modern facilities with a traditional twist. Comfy beds, lovely En Suite bathroom (Room 6), although some rooms have a shared bathroom. Tea and Coffee facilites were excellent, as well as the information pack we were given. Set time slots for breakfasts, however the breakfast was lovely, lots of choice - much more than one would expect for such a small guest house. Check-out was early at 10:30am, but clearly stated, and in hindsight was a good thing as it got us up and out to enjoy our day. We left a shirt behind there which was kindly returned to us. All in all, a great place, highly recommended and I would go back there.
Stayed here recently, just for the one night, but 5 star experience. Simply perfect. Peter and Sharon were extremely welcoming and helpful. Lovely guesthouse in a great location with everything you could need. Highly recommend. Sandra Cain
Nice friendly atmosphere. The hosts couldn't do enough for you even lent the wife an umbrella. The rooms are nice and comfy we stayed in a family room the rooms are basic but everything you need is there. The only downside I would say is only being able to book in after 4pm. I don't know whether this is the site policy we booked from or the guest house policy. When you have travelled to the area it would be nice to be able to put your bags in the room as soon possible the enjoy the sites
