Beautiful room and bathroom, luxurious and spotlessly clean. I had a stressful journey to Caernarfon and a difficult meeting once I got there, and to have this beautiful peaceful room to stay in overnight was a real tonic and it made all the difference to me. Thank you!
Enjoyed a two day break at the beginning of February 2019. Excellent location, just a short walk from the sea front, town centre and Castle. The Hotel has excellent facilities , our room was very spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be going back!. The only criticism would be that the rooms and lounge areas would benefit from a revamp. (Hence the 4 star and not 5 star rating) Would thoroughly recommend a visit!
Hotel was excellent as were all staff we came across. Only downside was we had a room at the back of the hotel and the road noise kept only me awake (didn't bother hubby). I was told had I have mentioned it they would have looked at moving us so to remember for 'next time'. The spa was good too and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Omg what a gorgeous fantastic stunning place. I felt like royalty when I was there! I shared a triple room with friends and it was fab. Spacious clean and everything you need in the room. Staff are very helpful and chatty.
