Excellent veterinary practice. They have a secluded waiting area for cats which helps keep them calm before their appointment. Have received nothing but top quality care for my cat here
Visited here for the first time today to register my pet dog on recommendation by a friend. Great parking. Friendly receptionists who helped massively with the Joy's of registering a pet. They contacted my old vets and got everything they needed for my pup to have her vacs and other treatments. So I hope not to have to visit too often but when I do I know I'll feel in good hands.
Wasn't overly impressed. Other than one vet called Helen, I didn't get the impression they cared very much other than making money. I know a vets is also a business, but customers should be able to feel like the people dealing with our beloved animals care.
Update: were excellent with end of life care and euthanasia too. We now have a one year old dog who has just attended his first appointment with Cibyn, I wouldn't go anywhere else. DiolchExcellent support for my older dog with her needs and especially supportive of a recent emergency-they saved my dog's life. The best in the area-we travel to attend this clinic. Thank you for all your help.
Absolutely fantastic veterinary practice. When we lost our first rabbit, the staff were brilliant. We even got a sympathy card in the post, along with a packet of forget me not seeds. It's a long drive for me, but I won't take my animals anywhere else as the quality of care is second to none.
