Amazing couldn't think of a better place to have food and really really good quality service
Has a wide selection. Ranging from a fishfinger buttie to jumbo sausages and various pies. Everything is cooked fresh. I was third in the queue so had about a ten minute wait. My order was two mini cods one with Chinese curry and the other with mushy peas. The fish proved so big that it had to be folded in half to fit in the box. That meal for two easily fed three, all for 7. Recommended.
Very nice Chippy, one thing i do love is a nice plate of Fish and Chips, and this was the best one i have had in years. the fish was thick and chunky, the better was light, crispy and not dripping with oil like you find with freshly cooked fish in many places. The home made curry was very tasty. The service was good. All in all 5 out of 5 from me.
Great stuff. Staff was peppy and whipped up a super fresh batch of Gluten Free chips for us. Malt vinegar is bad for people with gluten intolerance and grain allergies so they had a bottle of regular vinegar as well. Cheers!
Poor service . Charging 1.95 for a can of coke and then slamming it on a table in front of me in a warm can without saying anything. Fish just ok nothing amazing . Restaurant is up 2 flights of steep steps , so no good if you have mobility problems. No option for a bigger fish , just cod , haddock and plaice . Its got some burgers in the menu and other chippy usual items . Its quite nice upstairs and clean .fish itself was dripping with fat , so much batter its crazy and not a lot of fish . It left greasy puddle on my plate . Wish i never came
