So disappointed with the service received. Unattentive and unprofessional. Samantha takes on so much work, you don't receive the service you should. Was totally unaware of my looming mortgage offer deadline, 9 weeks in the purchase. Didn't return calls or emails for weeks. When I complained about the service received, it was met with a rather unsavoury response from the receptionist.. who I've now learnt is Samantha's mother. Not a problem but atleast I know why she now reacted the way she did and took it so personally. Had to change solicitors halfway through the service, who luckily managed to extend my mortgage offer. Complained through the Ombudsman though still haven't had an apology. Avoid!
