I had to clear my late mother's property in Anglesey during Christmas week in anticipation of the completion of a sale of the property. I had arranged for the work to be carried out by another firm (who shall remain nameless) but, at 08:05 on the day of the proposed clearance, I received a call to say that they would be unable to attend the property on that day. I had travelled a long distance to be at the property and it was the only day the clearance could take place. With some skepticism, I hit the internet and was extremely fortunate to find Gwynedd House Clearance. By 11:15 we had agreed on the work that would be required (without them seeing it of course!), had agreed and paid the money they required and they had arrived on site with two vans and a team of people. By 14:00 the flat had been completely cleared of everything and then cleaned to a very high standard.
