Car wouldn't start. Holiday was looking spoiled. Gwalia arrived quickly and went above and beyond to find the fault, locate a replacement sensor and get us up and running again. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. First port of call for car trouble in the Bangor area.

The clutch failed on my car while on holiday in Snowdonia. Gwalia Garage recovered the car on behalf of Brittania Rescue and quoted for the repair, which I accepted. They hoped to have the new clutch fitted by the end our holiday, but found another issue related to the clutch so had to order another part which was quite hard to get hold of.I was shown the part in question and shown my car in the workshop where the mechanic explained what the issue was, which was really appreciated.We were given a courtesy car to travel home in and when the car was finally repaired, they arranged with Brittania Rescue to deliver the car back to me in Oxfordshire.The garage offered really good service and Geraint kept me regularly updated on progress. I would fully recommend them.
Had car troubles on holiday, turned up and had new part fitted with 30 minutes! Superb Service
We broke down whilst on holiday in the area and Alan came out and rescued us. We were recovered to the garage and sadly they didn't have the part in stock. However Alan and the guys went above a beyond and got the part next day and car was fixed early the next day, even though it was a bank holiday. Even lent us a car so we could still get about. Excellent service, friendly people and great service. Thanks again to everyone for your help.
