I might be biased because I love a good coffee/ice-cream/pancake place but this place is the GOAT. The staff are so kind and attentive, the food is good quality, and I love their coffees! 11/10 would come here again (with friends)

Been all over Caernarfon, tried the rest, Scoops is the best. Best coffee, best ice cream. And pancakes! This place is heaven. Oh, and the staff are all awesome, never a frown.
Lovely as always. 3rd visit, staff very helpful and accomodating, good food and responsibly priced.
Exciting menu. Was warned it may take 15-20 minutes, but was closer to 30 minutes before our food came, despite not being very busy. Great pancakes with good ingredients. Wanted coffee and cake for afters - clear no one was coming out to check if we wanted anything else and despite going in and asking for service (lots of serving staff chatting at the back of the cafe), we left without trying the cake. Great food, very inattentive service.
